Frequently Asked Questions

I. How can I log on the website?

1. Click on the “members” section, on the left side of www.eurojuris.net
2. Insert your email address (the one used to receive your password)
3. Insert your password
4. Click on "log in"
 
You will be redirected to the homepage and see on the top:  “ You are logged in as a Eurojuris editor”. To modify your firm’s details, you have first to access the Admin section. This page is accessible via the “edit firm profile” link on the top of the page.

 II.  How can I update my firm profile?

 In the admin section:

1. Click on ‘Law firms”
2. Click on the pencil
3. Update your firm’s details
4. Click on “save” at the bottom of the page

III. How can I update the profile of lawyers?

In the admin section:

1. Click on ‘Lawyers”
2. Click on the pencil next to the name of the lawyer
3. Update the details
4. If it is not already done, tick the box on the top of the page next to “is online”
5. Click on “save” at the bottom of the page

IV. How can I create a new lawyer entry?

In the admin section:

1. Click on ‘Lawyers”
2. Click on the small square at the top/right of the page
3. Fill in the details
4. Tick the box on the top next to “is online”
5. Click on “save” at the bottom of the page

V. What does “Main Contact” means on the top of the Edit Lawyer page?

The main contact is the authorized person to make the changes on the firm profile.

VI. How can I select multiple practice areas or languages?

Hold the key “CTRL” to select multiple areas or languages

VII. I answered the question to be published on the lawyer profile and it does not appear!

The lawyer profiles are usually published within 24/48h. Please inform us inform us by email (c.marfoutine@eurojuris.net) when you answer a lawyer focus interview.

VIII.  One of our lawyer is a member of a Practice Group how can I edit his speciality?

The members of Practice Groups belong to a specific directory and are managed by the secretariat.  Contact Diane Tries for more information (d.tries@eurojuris.net)
