A Swedish citizen, resident in Switzerland, buys shares in a Spanish company and makes substantial loans to it. The administrator of the Spanish company - who is a British national but resides in Sweden - has disappeared with the money and has not presented the annual accounts.
We must take legal action in Spain against the British administrator, who currently resides in Sweden, for personal civil and criminal liability, for the misappropriation of assets and corporate crime.
