Akshat has obtained his law degree from Delhi University and is enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. Akshat is also a qualified company secretary. With 15 years of total professional experience as a lawyer and a company secretary, Akshat is partner with the corporate and commercial team of Alpha. Akshat is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice focuses on private equity, venture capital, M&A, joint ventures, exchange control advisory and debt restructuring. Akshat advises clients in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, real estate, ecommerce (startups) and technology and is also advising government departments/organisations for real estate and infrastructure projects. He has also advised PE/VC investors investing in Indian ventures has extensive experience in this area, specifically related to investments in healthcare, hospitality, real estate & infrastructure and e-commerce companies.
