Professional Values and Law Firm Culture
Van Dam & Kruidenier | Fairway Advocaten is deliberately a small-scale office. We know our clients, but our clients know us too. In many cases, we are our clients' in-house lawyer, so we ensure that we familiarise ourselves with their business operations. We have a close and committed team and we assist each other if necessary. The Rotterdam mentality prevails at our firm: "Don’t talk, but work!"
Expertise and professional education
I run a varied advisory and litigation practice concerned, among other things, with employment law, contract law and general conditions, insurance and liability law, international trade law and transport law. I was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2010 and have worked at Van Dam & Kruidenier | Fairway Advocaten since March 2015. I studied at the Radboud University in Nijmegen and obtained Masters degrees in both International and European law and in Dutch law, with a major in trade law. For my Masters in International and European law I have studied for half a year at the Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium.
