Ashley Glassman is a Senior Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Her practice focuses on oil and gas law and business law, including drafting title opinions, running due diligence before a deal closes, drafting the contracts necessary for a Merger and Acquisition, buying and selling mineral and leasehold interests, entity formations, in addition to other contract drafting such as Pooling Orders, Surface Use Agreements, Disclaimers and the like. Additionally, she currently serves as a Board of Directors member for Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado (AATPC) where she consults on legal and financial decisions and helps to grow the non-profit through everyday business decisions
