Howard is a partner and highly experienced litigator, focusing on personal injury claims.

Over the twenty years since he started specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence work, Howard has enjoyed success for clients in accident cases.

Howard advises on all types of personal injury claims, from employers’ liability and accidents in the workplace, through to road traffic accidents.

Clients appreciate Howard’s practical approach and his ability to achieve the best possible settlement as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Howard has an excellent track record successfully pursing personal injury and clinical negligence compensation claims.

Over the last six years alone, Howard has been instrumental in recovering more than £3 million total damages for injured clients and their families.

He engages at an early stage with opponents and other professionals to ensure where possible that interim payments can be released to be used to fund treatment and rehabilitation.

Howard read Law at the University of Leeds. He began his career in London, becoming a partner at Taylor Tyrell. Howard joined Turner & Debenhams (now Debenhams Ottaway) in 1995.
