Laura works mainly in the field of ordinary civil litigation, with particular reference to the areas of civil and commercial law closest to the business world, contractual dynamics, civil liability and debt collection in both contentious and contentious cases. Her professional experience to date has also enabled her to acquire an in-depth knowledge of family law, delving into issues relating both to marriage crises and the protection of minors, as well as disputes related to new family realities such as the termination of cohabitation and the protection of the former more uxorio cohabitee, in addition to the related issues of inheritance law, inter-family and para-family estate planning and transmission. Laura holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca. She has been practising law since 2006. Registered in the special register for legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions.  Registered with the Milan Bar Association.
