Michihiro Mori is the founding partner of AI-EI Law Firm. He graduated from the University of Tokyo (LL.B.) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.), and served as a judge for the Tokyo District Court, Civil Affairs Bureau, General Secretariat Office of the Supreme Court of Japan, and the Fukuoka District Court. Before establishing AI-EI Law Firm, he worked for Nishimura & Asahi, the largest law firm in Japan, as the head of both the Litigation Practice Group and Employment Practice Group. He has been recognized as one of leading lawyers in the area of employment law and insolvency law by many medias such as "Chambers Asia Pacific”, “The Legal 500” and “Who's Who Legal”.
