Expertise and professional education

Norbert was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 1992. He studied Jurisprudence at the University of Innsbruck and graduated as Doctor of Laws in 1985. Subsequently Norbert completed a legal clerkship at the Innsbruck District and Regional Courts.
