Expertise and professional education

Robert Curry is a leading litigator in Cambridgeshire with over 30 years experience in general and commercial litigation. His long experience and regular appearances in court representing our clients resulted in Robert having a lead role with the local judiciary in the interpretation and implementation of the current Civil Procedure Rules. Robert is particularly well-known for his successes in personal injury litigation. He has acted in numerous claims for Fatal Accident Act damages, loss of limbs and serious brain injury cases for victims.

Other cases have included:

  • A number of large settlements in excess of £1,000,000.
  • A successful contested three-day trial of liability.
  • A number of substantial claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

Robert has a reputation for bringing energy and dynamism to his cases. While he is approachable and amenable, our clients appreciate his robust advice and strong negotiating skills. Until recently, Robert was regularly appointed as a Court of Protection Deputy, or the trustee of a Personal Injury Trust, following successful settlement of cases.

He is also appointed as trustee in many Family Trusts.
