    Advised MOFA on the negotiation of the Modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty 
    Helped MOFA negotiate Bilateral Investment Treaties with countries in Central Asia, the Caucasus region, and Latin America 
    Represented investors in a suit in capital funds established under the law of the Cayman Islands Represented cooperative association members in a suit pursuing the liability of the directors
