Expertise and professional education

Zoltán Balázs Kovács primarily focuses on data protection and employment law. Zoltán supports various local and foreign companies regarding employment agreements as well as data protection issues, including data processing at work, whistle-blowing schemes, compliance with the GDPR and various sector-specific laws. He is regularly involved in drawing up data privacy policies for employers and the assessment and management of data breaches. He graduated summa cum laude at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University and earned his masters degree at the Institute of Comparative Law of McGill University (Montréal). He is admitted to the Budapest Bar.
