Amy is a member of Rix & Kay’s Employment Team. She has a wide range of commercial legal experience, having spent time working in Rix & Kay’s Corporate and Commercial Team before settling on employment law as her field of interest.

Amy's clients

Amy supports a diverse and wide range of businesses, from start-ups looking to establish HR policies and procedures, right through to established organisations who may need advice in managing employee issues.

Amy also manages the firm’s Gatekeeper service – a comprehensive employment law retainer based package that provides full support for HR Managers and their teams. As part of this service she invests time to visit Gatekeeper clients on site so she can get a better understanding of their HR and employment law needs.

Experience and approach

Amy’s approach to client service and her high level of legal expertise has been recognised by Rix & Kay and she is now part of the firm’s Leadership Development Programme. As well as having a thorough understanding of employment law, she guides clients on the practical issues of managing a workforce within a commercial environment, helping organisations to avoid reputational and financial risk.
