Expertise and professional education

I have wide experience of litigation and dispute resolution in the UK, having been a solicitor for approaching 30 years. For many years I acted mainly for banks and other financial services (FS) businesses but I now act for a range of businesses including FS and some individuals, covering various sectors and disputes, involving on-going Court proceedings, mediation and also background strategic advice.
