• Advising on and negotiating multi-million financings and re-financings secured, inter alia, by real estate collaterals which included the preparation of in-depth due diligence reviews, the drafting of facility and security documents and the oversee of the fulfilment of conditions precedents imposed therein
• Drafting, advising on and negotiating multi-million real estate and hotel acquisitions
• Leading the Firm’s team which advised and assisted a high-net-worth individual to incorporate and establish corporate structures in the Republic of Cyprus and administering their daily as well as strategic affairs including the drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements to this end
• Drafting of various joint-venture agreements relating to the purchase, development and subsequent sale of real estate projects and other ancillary agreements (i.e. shareholder agreements, construction agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements etc.)
• Advised and represented clients in commercial litigation cases including debt recovery cases and breach of commercial contracts.
• Leading the GDPR compliance project for various kinds of organizations and businesses
• Acting as the Data Protection Officer of our group of companies
