Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience dealing with a full range of transactional and commercial work including: business acquisitions and disposals; management buyouts; corporate restructuring; and commercial agreements.
He has built an extensive following of clients, including in the healthcare sector where he represents several national operators and serial acquirers. He also advises charity clients on complex restructuring and operational issues.
