Lucy Gray is a Partner in our Commercial Disputes department with 8 years’ experience and acts for a number of large national and international companies as well as smaller businesses operating mainly in the North East.

Lucy advises clients on the technical and procedural aspects of disputes whilst maintaining the commercial interests of the business as the primary concern throughout. Lucy acts in a wide variety of disputes, including contractual claims, intellectual property disputes, property litigation and contentious trusts & probate. She has been engaged in complex technical cases in the Technology & Construction Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Lucy has sector specific expertise in agricultural law. She acts for landowning and farming clients in claims arising from agricultural estates, agricultural supply agreements and transactions dealing with farmland.

Since 2012, Lucy has been recommended in Chambers & Partners, an independently researched guide to the legal profession.
