Mark is a Partner in our Corporate & Commercial team with over 15 years’ experience.

He specialises in corporate transactional work including: business and share acquisitions and disposals; corporate refinancing; management buy-outs; group reorganisations; share buybacks; and advising investee companies. Mark has considerable expertise in representing a wide range of clients and owner-managed businesses. More recently, he has acted for healthcare providers including pharmacies, care homes and veterinary practices.

Mark has been praised in the independently researched guide to the UK legal profession, The Legal 500, as a “strong corporate lawyer”, with clients valuing the “excellent service” provided by him. He has previously been shortlisted for Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the Insider Dealmakers Awards.
