Martin’s specialist work and experience includes wide ranging involvement in commercial litigation including: contractual disputes; insolvency related matters; professional negligence; shareholder disputes; agricultural disputes; construction; and intellectual property.
Martin is an accredited mediator and has undertaken a number of mediations regarding commercial disputes. He also has experience of advising a variety of charitable organisations and is chairman of the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund.
Martin is named as a “Leading individual” in his field in Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, both independently researched guides to the legal profession.
