Nicola is a Partner with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial property field.

She has extensive knowledge and expertise in a full range of commercial property work including drafting and negotiating leases, preparing conditional contracts & option agreements and advising upon security documentation. Nicola has considerable expertise representing clients in the healthcare sector acting for several national operators. She also leads the property team’s corporate support work on all property aspects of company sales and purchases and is experienced in guiding clients through this process.

Over the years, Nicola has developed many long-standing relationships with her clients.
