Peter is a Director and Corporate and Commercial lawyer and advises businesses and business owners on a range of issues related to running and managing businesses.

Peter specialises in dealing with buying and selling businesses, shareholder agreements, private equity investments, management buy-outs and refinancing. He also deals with commercial agreements of all types including trading terms and conditions and distribution agreements.

Peter primarily works with small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses with a typical turnover of between £1 million and £50 million.

Peter joined Actons in 2004 and heads the corporate and commercial team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
