Richard Freeman-Wallace Richard is a partner with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property.
He deals with all aspects of property work for commercial property owners, developers, investors and property occupiers including: Negotiating options; Negotiating agreements for leases; Leases; Surrenders; Conditional contracts; Overage arrangements; Joint ventures; and Forward sale agreements. Richard is regularly instructed by a variety of commercial lenders, providing finance to developers and investors in commercial property. He has expertise in negotiating Government grant agreements on behalf of house builders. Richard also has sector specific expertise in agricultural law.
Richard is named as a “Leading individual” in his field in Chambers Guide and recommended in The Legal 500, both independently researched guides to the UK legal profession.
