Stephen is the principle contact for property matters for Registered Providers and heads up Tozers’ nationally recognised Affordable Housing team.
His particular specialisms are in property related matters including:
property development and regeneration
site acquisition and disposals
re-financing
stock swaps
other Social Housing property related work

Stephen is proud to work with a great team who collectively are also recognised for their expertise in both the Chambers UK 2019 legal directory and the Legal 500 2019 edition - he works closely with Catriona Yates, Deborah Black, Megan Lindsay-Bush, Sarah Brimilcombe, Rosemary Hill and Sue Pope on property matters and also with the housing management team Sarah Schooling, Jenny Lloyd, Vince Davies, Megan Andrews and Georgina Ogg.
